2 Assam Rifles Soldiers Killed In Action

At least two jawans of the Assam Rifles were killed in action as a truck carrying them came under attack at Nambol Sabal Leikai in Manipur's Bishnupur district, officials said on Friday.

Around four other jawans were injured in the ambush by armed miscreants, reports said. This is the first deadly attack on central forces since last year in Manipur.
