Helicopter Services from Burtuk to Resume Soon
Sikkim's STDC (Sikkim Tourism Development Corporation) has announced that Mi-172 helicopter services between Burtuk Heliport and Bagdogra Airport will be resuming soon.
This is good news for the people of Sikkim. The chairman of STDC, Shri Lukendra Rasaily, and AGM of Operation, Tejpal Pradhan, welcomed Captains Anand Malik and JVS Guron and their crew members to the heliport today.
The commercial flights are expected to begin shortly, pending favorable weather conditions.
