Neet Cleared but Denied MBBS seat , 19-year-old Atharva argues his own case in SC for 10 minutes ; gets admission
Nineteen-year-old Atharva Chaturvedi from MP's Jabalpur secured relief from SC after personally arguing his case for just 10 minutes.
Despite clearing NEET twice, he was denied an MBBS seat under the EWS quota because the state had not implemented a policy to extend reservations there.
Invoking Article 142, the court ordered authorities to grant him provisional adesion.
