Opposition Should Participate in Examination Reforms Debate, Says Saayoni Ghosh
New Delhi, July 27: Jadavpur (West Bengal) MP Saayoni Ghosh has called for a constructive debate in Parliament on the Examination Reforms Bill, urging all political parties to participate meaningfully in the discussion.
Ghosh criticised the Opposition for not allowing Parliament to function smoothly and alleged that disruptions continued despite the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. She said repeated disruptions and protests inside the House were unhealthy for democracy.
Emphasising the importance of parliamentary proceedings, Ghosh said the Opposition should present constructive suggestions during the debate instead of creating disruptions. She added that every minute of Parliament is valuable and should be utilised for meaningful discussions on issues affecting the country.
