Preparations Intensify for Prime Minister's Forthcoming Visit to Sikkim

Gangtok, May 17 (IPR) – A high-level coordination meeting was held today at the Tashiling Secretariat Conference Hall to assess and fine-tune arrangements for the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister to Sikkim. The session was jointly chaired by Chief Administrator cum Cabinet Secretary, V.B. Pathak, and Chief Secretary, R. Telang.

The review meeting concentrated on ensuring seamless execution of logistical protocols and security frameworks ahead of the high-profile visit. Comprehensive discussions were held regarding cultural presentations reflecting Sikkim's unique heritage, along with finalising a list of developmental projects scheduled for inauguration and foundation stone laying during the Prime Minister’s stay.

Senior state government officials and departmental heads actively participated in the deliberations to ensure cohesive coordination across all departments.
