This morning at 6th Mile, Tadong, a concerned citizen recorded a video showing a vehicle completely occupying a public footpath, leaving no space for pedestrians to walk.
Since the footpath is public property, the citizen had every right to document this act of misuse and share the video with the concerned authorities and in the public domain to highlight the issue.
