Tiger Shroff Sells Mumbai Apartment for ₹9 Crore Days After Firing Attack

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has reportedly sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for ₹9 crore, according to property registration documents shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The transaction was registered on October 22, just four days after the actor narrowly escaped a firing attack.

According to the documents, Tiger Shroff had purchased the apartment in July 2018 for ₹7.61 crore. The recent sale at ₹9 crore represents an increase of approximately ₹1.39 crore over the original purchase price, before accounting for taxes, transaction costs and other expenses.

The property transaction has drawn attention due to its timing, coming shortly after the reported firing incident involving the actor.
