Two Arrested in Siliguri in Connection with Online Fraud Case
On September 30, 2026, the Siliguri Cyber Crime Police Station, under the Siliguri Police Commissionerate, arrested two individuals in connection with an investigation into an online fraud case.
The arrested persons have been identified as Ahasan Habib (34), a resident of Adarsha Nagar Colony, Ward No. 4, Siliguri, Darjeeling district, and Mousumi Kabiraj Sarkar (34), a resident of Kachua village and post office area under Kotwali Police Station in Jalpaiguri district.
Further investigation into the case is underway.
