UGC Removes Confusion — Medhavi Skills University (MSU) Fully Compliant and Not a Defaulter

Medhavi Skills University (MSU), Sikkim, has been reaffirmed as fully compliant with all UGC regulations in the latest University Grants Commission (UGC) Public Notice No. F.1-4/2023(CPP-I/PU)-2/132024, dated 08 October 2025.

The updated list of State Private Universities yet to comply does not include MSU, confirming the University’s good standing and complete regulatory conformity. MSU’s name, which was inadvertently included in the earlier list, has been duly removed, as clarified in the updated UGC notice.
