A heartwarming video from the Vijay Hazare Trophy match between Gujarat and Delhi has captured the attention of cricket fans online.

The footage shows the Delhi team bus driver filming the players from his seat as they arrived at the stadium. This simple gesture, born out of genuine fandom rather than a search for publicity, highlights the deep connection between Indian cricketers and their supporters.

As the athletes began to exit the vehicle, the driver used his phone to record the moment. High-profile stars including Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma were seen walking past him. For the driver, the day was clearly more than just a shift at work; it was a rare opportunity to be in the presence of sporting icons he admires.

The video has resonated with many because it reflects the silent devotion of millions of fans who support the sport from behind the scenes. It serves as a reminder that the impact of players like Kohli extends far beyond those sitting in the stadium stands.

The match itself proved to be a success for the Delhi side. Virat Kohli contributed a significant 77 runs to the scoreboard, helping his team secure a 7-run victory over Gujarat. While the win was important for the tournament standings, the viral clip of the driver has reminded the public that cricket is ultimately driven by emotion and the small, personal memories created along the way.
