In a rather amusing incident from Madhya Pradesh, BJP MP Ganesh Singh found himself stuck mid-air on a crane during the ‘Run for Unity’ event at Semariya Chowk, Satna. The crane malfunctioned while he was descending after garlanding Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s statue.
Frustrated by the sudden halt, the MP reportedly slapped the crane operator once he was brought down safely. The moment, caught on camera, quickly went viral — turning what was meant to be a solemn Ekta Diwas tribute into an unexpectedly comic scene.
