Proud Moment for Sikkim : Sikkim’s First Nurse to Join a German Cancer Hospital
27-year-old Nisha Thapa from Burul Busty, Namchi has created history by becoming the first nurse from Sikkim to join the prestigious Clinicum St. Georg Cancer Hospital in Germany.
A graduate of Sikkim Manipal College of Nursing, Nisha went on to complete her Master’s in Critical Care Nursing and even earned her German Language B2 certification. She worked in the Emergency Department of Central Referral Hospital and later became a German language trainer.
